MA’AKUM Development Foundation is advancing its efforts to support recovery and foster a transition toward sustainable development through the paving of the Al-Qarf–Arari Mountain Pass and the construction of retaining walls designed to enhance road safety and protect travelers.

This work marks the final phase of the Aswan–Arari Road Project, located in Al-Maratibah area, Jabal Habashi District, Taiz Governorate.

More than just a road, this project is a pathway to opportunity. By reducing travel distances and easing the hardships faced by local communities, it is opening new avenues for mobility, access to education and healthcare, and improved livelihood opportunities.
