Under the theme “With Education, We Build the Future,” Ma’akum Developmental Foundation MAAKUM launches, today, Thursday, October 2, 2025, the introductory workshop for students benefiting from the full scholarships within the “Qualifying Future Pioneers for the TOEFL” project 3.
The launch event was attended by the Foundation’s head, Dr. Abdulhameed Al-Yousufi, and the Director of Al-Kuraimi Foundation for Development, Mr. Rashad Al-Faqi.
This year, the project targets (30) top school graduates in Taiz Governorate for the academic year 2024–2025.
The project aims to enhance higher education opportunities for outstanding students by training them in English and equipping them with specialized skills, including:
– International Computer Driving License (ICDL)
– Time Management
– Influential Leadership
– Effective Communication Skills
The project is being implemented for the third consecutive year within the framework of a strategic partnership and close coordination with the Education Office in Taiz Governorate and the Education Cluster in the Taiz and Western Coast Hub. This initiative contributes to strengthening investment in human capital and empowering high-achieving youth to access broader local and international educational opportunities.
