In coordination with MAAKUM Development Foundation, the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) implemented a project to provide Al-Yarmouk School in Al-Mudhaffar District, Taiz Governorate, with educational materials and school equipment, as part of ongoing efforts to support the education sector and improve the learning environment for students.
The project included the provision of 360 double school desks, 18 whiteboards, as well as furnishing the meeting hall and the school principal’s office, contributing to enhancing the educational process and creating a more suitable school environment for both students and educational staff.
This project comes within a package of humanitarian and development projects funded and implemented by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) in Taiz Governorate, targeting the sectors of education, health, livelihoods, and food security. These interventions aim to improve the quality of basic services and support sustainable development efforts in line with Taiz Governorate’s economic plan and the transition toward sustainability and community development.
