MA’AKUM Developmental Foundation Launches the Remedial Lessons Project for Outstanding Ninth Grade Students in Taiz Governorate. The project aims to enhance and improve students’ understanding of subjects that are cumulative in their academic path, maintain their academic excellence, and bridge the educational gap caused by the strike during the 2024–2025 academic year. This will be achieved by teaching them four subjects from the ninth-grade curriculum: Mathematics, English, Arabic, and Science. These lessons will be delivered by a select group of qualified teachers and supervisors, with each class receiving 104 hours of instruction over the course of one month.
The project targets 500 outstanding students from the districts of Al-Mudhafer, Al-Qahira, and Salh, distributed across five centers: 26th September School Center and Al-Salam School Center in Al-Muzaffar District; Al-Shaab School Center and Al-Siddiq School Center in Al-Qahira District; and Al-Farouq School Center in Salh District.
This initiative is a modest contribution by the Education Sector to help top-performing students make productive use of their time during the summer vacation.
